We offer two paths for your packages to travel:

  • Standard Shipping: Using DHL or FedEx, your order will arrive within 10-15 days after shipping. Cost: $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we use EMS, with delivery in 15-25 days after shipping.

🦇 Note: Our shipping does not extend to certain shadowed corners of the world, including parts of Asia and other remote regions where our dark magic cannot reach.

⚰️ Returns & Exchanges

We understand that even the most carefully selected dark artifacts may not meet your expectations. Fear not, for we have crafted a returns process as straightforward as a moonlit path through an ancient cemetery.

Our Return & Exchange Window

You have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate returns or exchanges for eligible items. Like spirits that fade with the morning light, this window closes precisely at midnight on the 15th day.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included and undamaged
  • A copy of your order confirmation or packing slip is required

🧛‍♀️ Items That Cannot Be Returned

Some items in our dark collection are forever bound to their new owners once they leave our realm:

  • Candy & Gum – Once these sweet temptations are summoned, they cannot be returned to the void
  • Beauty Products – For hygiene reasons, these potions and elixirs are final sale
  • Brooches & Delicate Accessories – If removed from their original packaging, these fragile dark artifacts cannot be returned
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Back In Stock” clearance items

💀 Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Exchange items will be shipped once we receive your return

🕸️ Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective item, etc.). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

🦇 Important Note: International returns may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot mark returned items as “gifts” to avoid these fees.
